This Privacy Policy describes how Shark Travel LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Josh.ai conversational SMS and WhatsApp program operating on 1-866-JOSH-727 / +1 866-567-4727.
Josh.ai is an AI assistant that provides sailing tips and publicly available information about Josh Seefried. It is not Josh Seefried personally. Messages are for informational advice only; bookings are not completed via SMS or WhatsApp.
Information we collect
When you text or WhatsApp our number, we may collect:
- Phone number (the mobile or WhatsApp number you use to contact us)
- Message content (the text of messages you send and our replies)
- SMS / WhatsApp metadata needed to deliver and operate the conversation (for example, timestamps, message identifiers, delivery status, and channel type such as SMS or WhatsApp)
We do not require you to create an account to use Josh.ai messaging.
How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Reply to your messages through Josh.ai
- Operate, maintain, and improve the messaging service
- Provide support when you request help (for example, by replying HELP)
- Comply with legal obligations and carrier / messaging-platform requirements
- Enforce our Terms and protect against abuse or misuse
Message frequency is conversational: we reply when you message us, as needed for the conversation.
Mobile information and third parties (CTIA)
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share information with service providers who process data on our behalf solely to operate the service — for example, Twilio (and similar messaging infrastructure providers) to deliver SMS and WhatsApp messages. These processors are not authorized to use your mobile information for their own marketing.
We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Shark Travel LLC, users, or others.
Data retention
We retain message-related data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, respond to support requests, meet legal and carrier requirements, and resolve disputes. You may opt out of further messaging at any time by replying STOP.

- STOP — Reply STOP to opt out of Josh.ai messaging. You may receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out.

Children’s privacy
Josh.ai messaging is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 via this program.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made. Continued use of the messaging service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
